Parameters for presentations:

• Presentations will be prepared in MS PowerPoint.
• Please use the last three versions, no older ones.
• The preferred format is horizontal standard 4:3. Format horizontal standard 16:9 is also possible.
• You can also prepare your presentation in pdf format (like the second version if there is some technical issues).

Parameters for posters:

• Posters should be oriented vertically, up to A0 format. Poster mounting aids will be provided.

Poster session:

• We want to offer poster authors the opportunity to present their results in a plenary forum.
• The forum is planned for the first conference day in the afternoon.
• Every author has a three-minute slot for a brief presentation. It means two slides maximally.
• You can impress others with your results, and they will gladly come to you for comprehensive information about your project and research.
• You will present your outputs in the order published in the online programme.

For every contributor (keynotes, oral, posters):

• It will be possible to copy your presentation to our computer at Sunday's icebreaking meeting.
• We want to avoid unnecessary confusion that sometimes happens.
• However, if you still want to finalize the presentation, please always upload it in the morning before the start of the conference day. Thank you!
